The performance capabilities of the other trims still have a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder, 152-horsepower engine. However, this engine's manual five-speed transmission has been deleted, and the CVT remains. If you opt for the 2024 Impreza Sport or RS trims, your hatchback will have a simulated manual driving mode with eight presets and paddle shifters. In addition, active torque vectoring has been added to the all-wheel drive system. The 2024 model year also introduces enhanced structural rigidity and electronic dual-pinion steering.

The improvements to the 2024 Subaru Impreza are also found in its lengthy list of features. The assistive EyeSight safety technologies are now enhanced with improved cyclist and pedestrian detection capabilities.
