They were not pushy nor did they try to upsell me or convince me to keep my money and buy new. I went in with my research and knew what I wanted and they delivered. I brought my 2017 Forester in to check out a clunking sound from (I thought) the rear of the car. Aaron Brown assisted me both when I called and made my appointment and when I arrived with my car. He explained everything they would do and asked if I needed a loaner(I didn’t since I was waiting while they checked out the car). In just under an hour he told me the problem-front axles needed replacing- and assured me that this would fix the problem. In less than 2 hours, my car was repaired. He even had my car washed! Aaron answered all my questions and made sure I understood what they needed to do to repair my car. I really appreciated his knowledge of the problem, as well as his kindness. Aaron is a gem!

Helped get a great deal today since my car basically broke down in front of their store. Glad the team was able to help get my broken car into the lot, left the place with a new car, overall happy with the service. I highly recommend Farrish Subaru in Fairfax to anyone looking for a new or used car. I purchased my new car 2 weeks ago (my first NEW car in 25 years). There have been absolutely no problems with the car. The sales process with Farrish was painless, and absolutely everyone at Farrish has been fantastic! Their honest and personable salesman, Ed, answered all my questions and gave me a test drive in a brand new Subaru Crosstrek – which I ended up buying. The dealership handled everything! I’m not surprised that Farrish has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. My Subaru has great reviews and an abundance of safety features. What’s more, it’s a joy to ride! I can see why Subaru has a cult following.

Farrish Subaru in Fairfax has serviced my Outback since 2017 and I have always been pleased with their work — including this last time when they had to diagnosis an issue that turned out to be with the transmission. Subaru approved the replacement under warranty. The service team communicated with me throughout the process and got me back in my vehicle as a very satisfied customer!
