What's New for the 2025 Subaru Solterra?
The all-electric Subaru Solterra is a capable, stylish crossover SUV that is closely designed after the bZ4X. In 2025, you can benefit from a substantial price drop if you select the Premium or Limited trim levels. There is also an important update to the available trims. In 2025, the Touring Onyx Edition joins the lineup. With this trim level, you benefit from all of the features offered in the Solterra Touring as well as 20-inch black wheels and black exterior trim.
Otherwise, the 2025 Subaru Solterra has all of the styling, features, and capabilities as the 2024 model year. The style is distinctive with a strongly raked rear and thick molding rising up over the wheel wells and lower door panels. The sides are also styled with crisp linear accents angled across the doors. At the front, a body-colored, hexagonal element outlined in black stands in place of a traditional grille. The molding from the front fender wraps upward to connect with the LED-outlined headlights. Exterior features available include a roof spoiler, a power liftgate, power-folding side mirrors, and roof rails.
The Solterra is powered by a dual-motor powertrain system, which produces 215 horsepower and 249 pound-feet of torque. All-wheel drive is standard. The entry-level model with 18-inch wheels has a range of 227 miles on a full charge, while the trim levels with larger wheels have a range of 222 miles.
There are four trim levels available for the 2025 Solterra. These are the Premium, Limited, Touring, and Touring Onyx Edition. The entry-level trim is smartly equipped with a cloud-based navigation system, a six-speaker audio system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, an 8-inch touch display screen, heated front seats, cloth upholstery, and other features. Higher trim levels are also available with interior ambient lights, a digital rear mirror, a Harman Kardon sound system with 11 speakers, a 12.3-inch touch display screen, a semi-automated parking system, a surround-view camera system, and more.
