Cars in this category are sold AS-IS in the condition it sits. It is up to the buyer to determine the mechanical needs of the vehicle. All repairs, state safety and emissions tests will be the responsibility of the new owner. Vehicles that do not pass Virginia safety inspection MUST be towed from the dealership.
